This 1-1 online coaching service is perfect for individuals who already have some experience in weight training and exercise, and are wanting to improve their strength, learn how to continue their progress, and build their physique.

Training days and workouts are based on fundamental movements (squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press) and progressive overload to ensure you are making strength and physique changes.

Services Details

  • 30-minute initial phone consultation and introduction - to get to know trainer/client, your goals, current nutrition, exercise, health history, etc. How will we collaborate in order to help you reach your fitness goals?

  • Customized Strength Program tailored to your fitness level, lifestyle, equipment availability, and goals.

  • Monthly (1) Video Check In for accountability and to make any changes or accommodations to your program, examine your progress, etc.

  • Form and technique check on 5 main compound movements: squat, deadlift (hinge), bench (horizontal push), overhead press (vertical push), and pull.

  • Full Access to TrueCoach Online Platform for workouts, daily messaging with me, upload progress pictures and measurements, ask questions and more!

  • $250/month, 3 month commitment
