Online Client Success Stories

Gained 4 inches around her glutes and maintained her 20 pound weight and muscle gain for more than 6 months. She’s found ways to keep her nutrition and higher calorie meals consistent so that she can perform and feel more energized throughout the day!

Due to a back injury, this client was not able to workout for about a year. As she started feeling better, she was ready to get stronger and build her confidence back up in the gym. With the right strength program, customized to her experience, fitness level and schedule, we were able to get her back to deadlifting and squatting 135 pounds.

Bettered her relationship with food, improved her technique and form on her main lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, pull) down 10 pounds and lost 11.5 inches all overall!

Physique transformation from this client! Not only has she mended her relationship and feels more in control with her food choices and nutrition, she has completely changed her physique and strength! She has lost 10 pounds in bodyweight, 10 inches around her entire body, as well as gained 3 inches around her glutes and thighs.

Gained 15 pounds, added 11.5 inches on his frame and has been able to maintain the weight and muscle gain! We’ve been able to hone in on his technique and form (squat, deadlift, bench, etc.) via video analysis and online check ins, to make sure he progresses in his strength throughout his training.

This client used to over restrict food during the day and when it came to dinners and weekends, he would have large portions and oftentimes would overeat, especially during outings with friends. We’ve tailored his nutrition and fitness program to his needs and with actionable and practical habit changes, he was able to better his relationship with food and build strength and muscle in the gym. He is currently down 15 pounds and 5% body fat, and has lost 8 inches overall.

In Person Success Stories

Down 11 pounds and lost 9.5 inches overall within 4-5 months! She’s been able to refine her technique and mechanics on her lifts and feels less pain in her injured knee. Nutrition wise, we’ve been able to increase her protein within meals so that she is fueling her body appropriately.

Down 27 pounds and 13 inches in 4 months. Even with weekend trips and going on vacation, he’s been able to continue to lose weight, drop inches and still enjoy the foods he loves!
