Private Training
In-person private training involves a one-on-one fitness coaching experience where I work with you directly on your fitness, health, and nutrition goals. We assess your fitness level, guide you to set achievable and sustainable goals, and develop a personalized exercise program tailored to your needs, preferences, and any specific health considerations you may have.
Services Detail
Weekly in-person session (can add additional sessions if needed), as well as solo workouts
Client receives an account on TrueCoach platform to track workouts and progress
Messaging on the TrueCoach app for questions and accountability throughout the week
Personalized nutrition coaching
Location: Gratitude Strength CrossFit (Hillsboro, OR)
Personal Private Training Sessions: $100/hour with 3 Month Commitment
