Private Training

In-person private training involves a one-on-one fitness coaching experience where I work with you directly on your fitness, health, and nutrition goals. We assess your fitness level, guide you to set achievable and sustainable goals, and develop a personalized exercise program tailored to your needs, preferences, and any specific health considerations you may have.

Services Detail

  • Weekly in-person session (can add additional sessions if needed), as well as solo workouts

  • Client receives an account on TrueCoach platform to track workouts and progress

  • Messaging on the TrueCoach app for questions and accountability throughout the week

  • Personalized nutrition coaching

  • Location: Gratitude Strength CrossFit (Hillsboro, OR)

  • Personal Private Training Sessions: $100/hour with 3 Month Commitment
